Fart (fugly art) should be for not the best art or crappy art as long as it's a form of art and no one should argue about that. Some aren't the best like some of my works. Some I really laugh at because I feel improvement from time to time. and you know what appens sometimes, you laugh until you F-art. Idk lol just a new therory of a form of art. everything is art no exceptions
